Denizen Aged White is one of the oldest premium white rums on the market. The base of this blend is a charcoal filtered Trinidad rum blend distilled in continuous column stills and then aged for up to five years in small American oak ex- bourbon barrels creating a rich and refined flavor. Aged White includes both pot and column distilled blends from Trinidad and other Caribbean regions, creating a soulful rum without boundaries with a taste that reveals both tropical floral and fruit notes
Notes of toasted coconut, mango and pineapple, with hints of vanilla and green sugar cane on the nose. Aged White is medium-to-full-bodied blend of rums. The palate has grassy notes with subtle woody tones that speak of Denizen’s Caribbean roots.

Denizen Merchant’s Reserve is a blend of small batch Caribbean rums including Plummer style Jamaican pot still rums and a rare component of Rhum Grande Arôme from Martinique. The aged components are aged up to 8-Years in ex Bourbon barrels yielding unparalleled smoothness to rival the world’s best sipping rums. Merchant’s Reserve is the first historically accurate blend of rums used in Trader Vic’s Mai Tai to be sold commercially. The Rhum Grande Arôme component is produced at the Le Galion distillery in Martinique. This is the only high-ester molasses-based distillate produced in Martinique. According to rum cocktail historians, Trader Vic Bergeron used this molasse-based blend from Martinique in the 3rd iteration of his 1944 Mai Tai recipe.
