- 2 oz Denizen Rum Vatted Dark
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ~4 oz Ginger Beer
- Combine in a shaker, add 2 cups crushed ice, shake for 10 seconds.
- Pour unstrained into double rocks glass.
- Garnish with lime wheel.

- ½ oz Allspice Dram
- ½ oz Honey Syrup
- 1 oz Passionfruit Juice
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Combine in a shaker or flash blender.
- Pour into a chilled snifter over crushed ice.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet and fresh grated nutmeg.
Barista Old Fashioned

- 2 oz Denizen Rum Vatted Dark
- ½ oz Coffee Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Combine ingredients in mixing glass, add ice, stir until cold.
- Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with orange peel.
